This type of machine permits to expand coils in copper up to a thickness of 0,35mm from ø7 to ø16
Running cycle
The operator position the tooling of the machine near the coil to be expanded (which is on the working table); with a semi-automatic input he start the expansion.

Semiautomatic horizontal expanding machine
This machinary has been built with the possibility to expand the pipe both in push and in draft. Acting on the skates regulation’s key and on the register handed equipment, we can change both axle base and diameter of the pipe to expand.
This machinary has been projected wity 8 epanding staffs for 3/8”, 6 expanding staffs for 1/2”, 4 expanding staffs for 5/8”. The lenght of the expansion, has no limits has the trolley handing the staffs is modular. The run in height is 700 mm. .

Straightening and cutting machine
 
Machine type
Machine straightening tube from coil and cutting it according to the required measure. Tube is carried out to the store on one side.
Running cycle
Operator approaches tube from coil tio the first moving rollers. Tube is carried out to the cutting section by a a manual control. After having inserted the riquired measure, machine performs the operations stopping to the store in the apposite collecting tank.

T.R. automatic straightening and cutting machine
 
Machine type
Machine straightening tube from coil and cutting it according to the required measure. Both ends are prearranged for the next machining. Tube is carried out to the store in order to be handled by a robot.
Running cycle
Operator approaches tube from coil to the first moving rollers. Tube is carried out to the cutting section by a manual control. After having inserted the required measure, machine performs the operations stopping to the store. Machine starts again after robot has clamped piece from store.
