Removing Tube Tool
The Removing Tube Inside the Exchanger Tool consists in a fixed part (body of the machine) with a pneumatic engine, a 6 mt long cable and a cutting shuttle (equipment) placed at the end of the wire.
The machine will wind up the metal wire by pulling the equipment; this will allow the operator to cut the damage copper tube directly inside the battery.
The machine is studied to be provided with suitable equipment to process copper and aluminum tubes with diameter varying from 5/16’’ and thickness 0,25mm up to 5/8’’ and thickness 0,82 mm.
The OMTR tool is designed and produced based on the specific needs of the customer.
Important: Each piece of equipment can ONLY work for one type of tube (diameter, expansion diameter, pipe thickness). It is therefore necessary to use specific equipment for each type of pipe that you use.
